Community Standards
The standards that keep the Lyvida Community a respectful, intelligent, and emotionally mature space for members.
The Lyvida Community is our private member space for connection, growth, learning, and belonging.
We want the Lyvida Community to feel intelligent, generous, respectful and emotionally mature. This is not a space for noise, abuse, ego, harassment, misinformation or careless advice.
By participating in the Lyvida Community, you agree to follow these Community Standards, Lyvida’s Terms of Service, and Lyvida’s Privacy Policy.
Our community principles

You do not need to be perfect to participate. But you do need to be respectful.
Be respectful
You must not harass, threaten, shame, bully, mock, intimidate or deliberately humiliate other members.
Disagreement is allowed. Personal attacks are not.
Challenge ideas with intelligence. Do not attack people.
Protect privacy
Do not share another member’s personal information without consent.
Do not screenshot, copy, repost, or publish community conversations outside Lyvida without permission.
Do not pressure other members to reveal private information.
Do not post confidential information about employers, clients, partners, family members or other people.
Wellness and health conversations
Community discussions may include wellness, confidence, habits, beauty, appearance, fitness, ageing, relationships, self-image and transformation.
You may share personal experience, but you must not present yourself as giving medical, therapeutic, psychological, nutritional, legal or financial advice unless you are properly qualified and authorised to do so.
Do not tell members to stop medication, ignore professional advice, use dangerous substances, follow extreme routines or take unsafe action.
If someone appears to be in immediate danger, crisis or medical distress, encourage them to contact emergency services or a qualified professional.
Beauty, fashion and appearance
Our community is designed to support confidence and self-expression, not insecurity or shame.
Do not body-shame, age-shame, skin-shame, style-shame or mock someone’s appearance.
Product recommendations should be honest, proportionate and clearly based on personal experience unless professionally supported.
Do not make exaggerated claims about products, procedures, treatments or results.
No illegal, harmful or exploitative content
You must not post content that:
- Is illegal.
- Promotes violence.
- Encourages self-harm or suicide.
- Promotes eating disorders or dangerous body practices.
- Promotes terrorism or extremism.
- Contains sexual exploitation.
- Contains child sexual abuse material.
- Contains non-consensual intimate content.
- Contains hate speech.
- Promotes scams, fraud or deception.
- Includes malware, phishing or harmful links.
We may remove content and report serious matters to relevant authorities where required or appropriate.
No harassment or hate
Lyvida does not allow attacks or abuse based on protected or personal characteristics, including race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age or other personal identity.
We also do not allow repeated unwanted contact, stalking, intimidation, threats, sexual harassment or coercive behaviour.
Be honest
Do not impersonate another person, instructor, brand, company or Lyvida team member.
Do not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, results, identity or relationship with Lyvida.
Do not create fake engagement, fake accounts or misleading claims.
Respect intellectual property
Only post content you have the right to share.
Do not upload copyrighted material, paid content, class recordings, scripts, images, music, articles or other protected content unless you have permission.
Do not copy or redistribute Lyvida classes, instructor materials or member content.
Member safety and moderation
Lyvida moderates community discussions and interactions to protect quality, safety, and trust.
We may:
- Remove posts.
- Hide comments.
- Restrict visibility.
- Issue warnings.
- Suspend accounts.
- Remove members.
- Disable features.
- Escalate serious issues.
- Report illegal content where required.
We may act without notice in serious cases.
Reporting concerns
If you see content or behaviour that appears unsafe, abusive, illegal, misleading or against these standards, please report it using available reporting tools or contact hello@lyvida.com.
Reports should be made in good faith.
Do not misuse reporting tools to harass other members or suppress legitimate disagreement.
Appeals
If your content or account is moderated and you believe this was a mistake, you may contact us at hello@lyvida.com.
We will review reasonable appeals where appropriate, but we are not required to restore content or access where we believe moderation was necessary.
The spirit of our community
The Lyvida Community is not designed to be another noisy social network.
It is a private space for people who want to learn, evolve, exchange ideas and become more intentional about how they live, present themselves and connect with others.
